About the role
- Systems and infrastructure programmer analyst supporting IT efficiency and quality through software analysis, development, and maintenance. Collaborating with stakeholders to meet organizational requirements in hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Participate in IT efficiency and quality by analyzing, designing, configuring, developing, maintaining and upgrading software
- Analyze client requirements and prioritize development activities
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to stay on schedule and meet objectives
- Collaborate in the development of execution strategies
- Analyze and develop software products (design, code, automate and run tests)
- Document technical solutions as well as practices to ensure product sustainability
- Provide technical support for IT operations
- Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve medium- to high-severity issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
