Desjardins programmer analyst developing, maintaining, and supporting IT systems and infrastructure. Hybrid Montréal role focused on software products, automation, and complex system issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Help develop execution strategies and analyze and develop software products, including design, coding, and automated run tests
Apply development, data and security best practices
Document technical solutions and practices to ensure product sustainability
Help develop documentation for training peers and users
Provide technical support for IT operations
Analyze, diagnose, follow up on, and resolve critical and complex system issues
Co-create with business partners and architects to understand business intentions and objectives
Standardize solutions accordingly
Plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet schedules and objectives
Serve as a systems go-to person for the team, clients and stakeholders
Interact with stakeholders working in other fields to coordinate projects and initiatives

Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Technology, data and security best practices
Analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business
Ability to analyze, design, configure, develop, maintain and upgrade software products
Ability to develop, standardize and roll out medium- to large-scale IT systems, programs and applications
Ability to analyze client and partner requirements and influence decisions on appropriate IT solutions
Ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate work to stay on schedule and meet objectives
