Responsibilities
- Serve members and clients, assess their needs, promote insurance products and help members and clients choose coverage
- Prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts
- Follow up on files, analyze renewals requiring special underwriting, and correct contracts as needed
- Respond to information requests and amend contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Develop business partnerships to generate referrals
- Support and provide advice to members and clients about banking transactions
- Promote Desjardins products, services, and available distribution channels
- Identify business opportunities and refer members and clients to colleagues with specialized expertise
- Advise members and clients on the use of digital solutions and technological tools
- Ensure financial transactions go smoothly and provide advice about prevention and safety
Requirements
