Technician involved in product development and pricing at Desjardins. Focuses on technical support and collaboration for insurance services and pricing validation.

Responsibilities

Contribute to pricing activities such as information gathering and validation for preparing proposals or renewing group insurance or group pension/annuity contracts
Provide the technical support required for projects and operational issues encountered
Participate in the deployment and maintenance of systems and of manual and automated tools, and ensure users receive appropriate training
Collaborate on drafting technical notes aimed at improving users' skills and the knowledge of their teams
Advise various stakeholders on the application of procedures and on the use of tools and systems related to your unit's activities and operations.

Technical college diploma (DEC) in Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Knowledge of French required
Upper-intermediate level proficiency in English
Upper-intermediate level proficiency in Excel
