- Support members and clients with technological tools and applications for self-service transactions
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities

- Stay current with standards, products and services
- Promote Desjardins products, services and distribution channels
- Provide personalized financial transaction support and advice
- Identify business opportunities and refer members and clients to specialized colleagues
- Advise members and clients on digital solutions
- Ensure financial transactions proceed smoothly and address issues
- Provide information and support on technological tools, prevention and safety
Requirements
- High school diplomas in a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Adherence to compliance, security and risk management rules
