About the role
- Election Outreach Agent making scripted outbound calls for a U.S. election campaign. Recording call outcomes while working remotely from Canada during Eastern Time hours.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls as part of an organized election outreach campaign
- Follow provided calling scripts and campaign guidelines
- Communicate professionally and confidently with contacted individuals
- Accurately record call outcomes and maintain required activity records
- Meet the expected daily working commitment and maintain consistent calling activity
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen
- Must be available to start immediately on November 3, 2026
- Must be comfortable making outbound telephone calls
- Must have strong spoken English and professional communication skills
- Must have a reliable telephone and internet connection
- Must be able to commit to at least 6 hours of work if possible
- Must be able to attend the required paid training before beginning active calling
Benefits
- 45 minutes of paid training
- Increased rate of $16 USD per hour if at least 5 hours of work are completed, applying to all hours worked that day
