About the role
- Advisory Agent supporting Desjardins credit union members with banking transactions, digital tools, and personalized financial solutions. Promoting products and ensuring compliant, secure service.
Responsibilities
- Support members and clients by telling them about technological tools and applications that can help them do transactions and operations on their own
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, and ensure that they are referred to the appropriate partners
- Stay on top of the latest standards, products and services in your field
- Adhere to compliance, security and risk management rules
- Welcome members and clients, listen to and address their needs, and support their financial empowerment
- Provide advice about banking transactions and promote Desjardins products, services, and distribution channels
- Offer personalized solutions, identify business opportunities, and refer members and clients to colleagues with specialized expertise
- Advise members and clients on digital solutions and support the use of technological tools
- Ensure financial transactions go smoothly and address issues that arise
- Provide information and support regarding prevention and safety
Requirements
- High school diplomas in a related field
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

- Knowledge of all convenience services products and services
