About the role

AI & Creative Project Manager driving client delivery, internal IP, and prospecting for HYPERMUSE’s AI image and video studio. Building scalable production workflows while protecting creative quality and client trust.

Responsibilities

Lead studio prospecting, identify and pursue client opportunities, build relationships, and convert conversations into scoped projects
Manage internal studio projects and intellectual property
Own AI image and video projects from kickoff through final delivery across multiple clients and timelines
Lead client communications, production check-ins, expectation management, next steps, and feedback consolidation
Support brief intake and concept alignment by refining scope into executable plans
Establish timelines, milestones, review cycles, approval gates, versioning, and definitions of done
Run working sessions with Creative and Production teams, remove blockers, and maintain momentum during rapid iteration
Protect creative intent, taste, brand fit, and quality standards
Steward transparency, trust, and compliance around production, deliverables, and client approvals
Identify bottlenecks, refine workflows, and implement improved processes as studio volume grows

At least 5 years of project management experience in a creative agency, VFX studio, cinema production environment, 3D animation studio, or social-first marketing agency
Proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel with high client touch, tight timelines, and many stakeholders
Strong production instincts and understanding of creative work, including traditional photoshoots and image construction
Excellent client presence and proactive commercial mindset, including client pitching and prospecting
Highly organized and systems-minded
Comfortable in fast-moving environments with rapidly evolving tools and workflows
Creative sensitivity to spot risks, ask the right questions, and help shape direction
Experience building scalable workflows in a growing studio or startup environment
Experience with AI-enabled or rapid-iteration creative pipelines is a major plus, or strong curiosity and exposure to AI tools/work
Familiarity with usage rights and licensing sensitivities in content production is helpful
