About the role

  • Senior transformation manager leading complex projects, systems implementations, and financial-operations redesign. Modernizing Dulcedo’s talent-management agency through structured programs, automation, and change leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company's most complex cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, adoption, optimization, and measurable business impact
  • Build and maintain project plans covering timelines, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, resources, risks, budgets, and success measures
  • Run discovery sessions, workshops, process design meetings, and steering committees
  • Align internal teams and external vendors on deliverables, decisions, and dependencies
  • Own readiness, testing, rollout, training, go-live, hypercare, stabilization, and post-launch assessment
  • Establish governance for ownership, decision-making, escalation, success measurement, charters, business cases, status reporting, risk management, and benefit tracking
  • Translate company priorities into structured programs and roadmaps, including integration work related to acquisitions, partnerships, and new business lines
  • Lead cross-departmental and cross-business-line process redesign to reduce duplication, manual work, weak controls, and friction
  • Lead ERP, CRM, workflow platform, reporting, and business intelligence implementations, migrations, and integrations
  • Drive technology-stack consolidation, automation, and practical AI adoption
  • Lead transformation across accounting operations, financial reporting, controls, billing, collections, commissions, and revenue workflows in partnership with Finance
  • Build change-management approaches and manage people directly while remaining hands-on in Operations
  • Report to the Director, Operations & Agency Services, and work with the CEO and leadership team as needed

Requirements

  • Eight or more years leading complex, cross-functional projects and transformation programs
  • Several years managing people
  • Track record of carrying enterprise initiatives from discovery through go-live, adoption, and measurable business impact
  • Hands-on experience leading ERP, CRM, or enterprise platform implementations, migrations, and integrations
  • Comfort working alongside technical teams and vendors
  • Working command of financial processes, controls, billing, and revenue workflows
  • Ability to partner credibly with Finance and Accounting
  • Methodical approach to prioritizing, governing, and designing processes
  • Ability to lead steering committees and brief leadership clearly
  • Refined discretion when handling confidential commercial and financial matters
  • Professional fluency in French and English, spoken and written
  • Initiative, curiosity, drive, positive attitude, collaborative spirit, ability to stay calm under pressure, self-starter mindset, passion, grit, and goal orientation
