- Bilingual English/Spanish caller handling telecom inbound and outbound calls. Promoting customer discounts, overcoming objections, and closing sales opportunities remotely.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls
- Engage existing customers
- Promote and sell discounts to existing customers
- Handle objections and confidently close sales
- Maintain engaging and professional phone conversations
- Turn conversations into sales opportunities
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and persuasiveness over the phone
- Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Previous phone sales experience preferred
- Experience in internet or cable services is a huge plus
- Availability Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST
