About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B cold calls to business customers using verified prospect lists
- Call trade businesses in the HVAC/plumbing, electrical, and solar sectors
- Aim to schedule qualified 15-minute demo appointments
- Book appointments directly in the calendar
- Provide brief documentation for each call
- Participate in a 15-minute call, a paid trial period, and start within one week
Requirements
- Native-level German required
- Accent-free, fluent German with strong negotiation skills
- Several years of experience in telephone-based B2B cold calling or appointment setting
- Knowledge of your own dials-to-appointment conversion rate
- Experience reaching decision-makers and handling objections
- Quiet working environment
