About the role
- Project Manager coordinating planning, risks, dependencies, and reporting for Electric Mind’s technology transformation engagements. Managing client delivery relationships and PMO cadence across product groups.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery sub-group planning, tracking, and reporting for assigned Product Groups, including intake and triage
- Run standups across sub-teams feeding the PMO rollup
- Manage dependencies, issues, and risks for assigned product groups
- Act as the single point of contact with client product group Leads
- Keep Product Groups on schedule
- Provide visibility into BU delivery tracking
- Submit weekly status inputs for the PMO rollup
- Maintain RAID and dependency registers
- Escalate and resolve issues and blockers
Requirements
- Delivery / programme management experience across multiple teams or product groups
- Planning, tracking, and status-reporting discipline
- Experience running cadence standups and producing weekly status
- RAID and dependency management
- Intake and triage judgement
- Stakeholder management and single-point-of-contact ownership with client leads
- Ability to coordinate a two-in-the-box delivery model
- Escalation judgement and issue/blocker resolution
- Comfort using AI tools to complete job functions
