About the role
- Contract recruiter sourcing AI engineers, technical specialists, and consultants for Electric Mind’s AI-native consultancy. Building talent pipelines to scale major financial-institution engagements across Canada and the US.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle sourcing and recruitment for technical, AI engineering, and consulting roles
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for AI engineers, integration leads, cyber and regulatory consultants, and advisory professionals
- Craft effective outreach to attract passive candidates
- Scale hiring for major engagements as they ramp
- Flex across roles and practices as priorities shift
- Recruit talent for teams embedding AI into the software delivery lifecycle at major financial institutions
- Build pipelines supporting projects across Canada and the US
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting in tech and/or AI, ideally within consulting or professional services
- Strong sourcing instincts and ability to engage passive candidates
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professionalism and ability to stay connected with candidates throughout the process
- Comfort working at pace and with ambiguity
- Based in the Toronto area
- Available to start soon
