About the role
- Salesforce Architecture Lead guiding enterprise architecture and transformation initiatives for ELITS, a digital technology consultancy. Designing scalable solutions, governance, integrations, and delivery roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead and advise on integrated business and information technology architecture for Salesforce initiatives
- Support architecture governance, standards, and review processes, including the Architecture Design Authority
- Review solution and technical designs for alignment with business needs, platform best practices, and enterprise direction
- Advise on integration strategy, architecture optimization, and technical improvement opportunities
- Support planning across releases, priorities, and transformation roadmaps
- Co-create playbooks across requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Engage executives, stakeholders, and partners to provide architectural guidance and decision support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or complex Salesforce delivery environments
- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture, enterprise solution design, and large-scale transformation programs
- Strong understanding of business architecture, application architecture, information architecture, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience with governance frameworks, architecture reviews, and design standards
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills in complex enterprise environments
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
