Volumetric Accounting Analyst balancing crude oil movements and revenue for Enbridge’s liquids systems. Preparing invoices, journal entries, inventory reports, and regulatory submissions.
Responsibilities
Verify, balance and record crude oil receipts and deliveries for specified assets
Issue monthly invoices and statements to customers
Compile journal entries for recording revenue and associated receivables
Verify gain/loss calculations through communication with Customer Service, field personnel and Operations Services
Provide government agencies with required monthly and annual regulatory reporting
Prepare monthly inventory and other reports for internal and external customers
Communicate with shippers, connecting pipelines and internal groups, including Customer Service, Operations Services, Asset Management and Business Development
Requirements
A university degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution, or an equivalent combination of accounting or industry-related education
2 or more years of comparable proven experience
Strong initiative and keen attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Familiarity with personal computer productivity tools and standard business software
Excellent interpersonal skills
Related experience in pipeline operations would be an asset
Legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located without requiring sponsorship from Enbridge
