About the role

  • Graphic and multimedia designer creating print, digital, video, and motion assets for Enbridge, a North American energy delivery company. Supporting branded communications, campaigns, executive communications, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce visual communications materials for print and digital channels, including presentations, advertisements, newsletters, social media assets, multimedia experiences, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with internal clients and communications partners on creative concepts, illustrations, graphics, layouts, and visual storytelling
  • Capture, edit, and optimize photography and video content
  • Produce short-form multimedia content, videos, motion graphics, and animations for communications, campaigns, events, executive communications, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Develop branded visual assets aligned with Enbridge’s design standards and communication objectives
  • Consult with clients to understand requirements, define scope, present concepts, and incorporate feedback
  • Support concept creation, storyboarding, shot planning, scripting, and creative development
  • Maintain visual identity consistency across business units and communication channels
  • Support brand compliance reviews
  • Balance multiple priorities and deadlines while delivering customer-focused creative solutions

Requirements

  • Related university degree or technical diploma with limited experience, or related certification with a minimum of five years directly related experience
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools
  • Ability to work effectively in Mac and PC environments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to adapt design approaches for diverse audiences
  • Strong communication, project management, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Creative mindset and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: experience within the energy, utility, or natural gas industry
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI tools and AI-enabled productivity solutions
  • Preferred: experience supporting corporate communications, marketing, or employee engagement initiatives
  • Occasional travel of 10–15% may be required
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for special projects and business needs
  • Ability to perform stated physical requirements, including lifting objects up to 20 pounds, typing, sitting, standing, and visual and hearing tasks
  • Ability to satisfy stated mental and organizational requirements
  • Final candidates may be required to undergo security screening, including a criminal records check
