About the role

Enbridge digital applications specialist modernizing Sitecore-powered web experiences, APIs, and omnichannel platforms. Advancing secure digital roadmaps, analytics, personalization, and AI-enabled customer journeys.

Responsibilities

Define and advance the application and technology roadmap with Marketing and Public Affairs stakeholders
Align digital capabilities with business priorities and outcomes
Evolve the organization’s digital experience across web, social media, mobile, APIs, and emerging digital channels
Support and evolve the SitecoreAI CMS platform and related digital experience capabilities
Enable scalable, omnichannel experiences beyond traditional websites
Develop and monitor customer journeys and targeted campaigns
Use analytics, dashboards, and insights to recommend improvements to web strategy
Explore and support AI-enabled digital experiences, including conversational solutions using approved datasets
Ensure AI, automation, and personalization initiatives are secure and appropriately governed
Partner with business stakeholders and service providers to expand digital maturity and improve digital and social presence
Identify opportunities for innovation and application rationalization
Support current web technologies and ensure solutions follow security requirements, standards, policies, governance, and industry best practices
Work in a fast-paced office environment with occasional travel
Handle confidential or sensitive information and respond to operational escalations and project delivery deadlines

University degree or a two-year technical diploma with 6+ years of related experience
Experience working with digital and web technologies, including SitecoreXMC and social media platforms
Experience working with business partners and external service providers
Experience with modern digital architectures and technologies supporting API-first, headless, and omnichannel delivery models
Strong knowledge of web applications and technologies
Knowledge of SitecoreAI (Sitecore XMC), digital asset management, and personalization
Experience or knowledge of Brightcove, Canto, Coveo, and Hootsuite
Knowledge of security concepts, Azure cloud services, and digital integrations
Understanding of secure and governed technology delivery
Ability to develop strategic roadmap recommendations and drive application rationalization
Ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes
Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and translate complex technology concepts into business-focused recommendations
