About the role

  • Land Administrator managing land rights, records, payments, and title searches for Enbridge’s gas distribution infrastructure. Hybrid role supporting financial administration, legal documentation, and stakeholder operations.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and continuously improve land management systems, including geoAMPS, through testing, troubleshooting, reporting, training, and process enhancement
  • Manage lease, easement, permit, license, and agreement payments
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, financial controls, and accounting requirements
  • Maintain accurate land records, rights-of-way documentation, permits, and agreements
  • Oversee electronic and physical filing systems
  • Process invoices, perform monthly reconciliations and variance analysis, review journal vouchers, and support budgets
  • Conduct title searches and land ownership investigations
  • Support planners, customer connection projects, legal teams, and land acquisition activities
  • Manage workload intake, vendor setup, SharePoint administration, reporting, training documentation, and regulatory notices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, diploma, professional land certification, and limited land administration experience, OR 5+ years of land administration experience as a senior-level administrator
  • Knowledge of land titles, land acquisition processes, and legal documentation
  • Ability to interpret legal plans, title documents, agreements, engineering drawings, and land ownership records
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and land management applications
  • Familiarity with Oracle is preferred
  • Proven interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to build relationships and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located without requiring sponsorship
  • May be required to undergo security screening, including a criminal records check
  • Limited travel of less than 5% to other office locations in Canada
