About the role

  • Integrated Management Systems Specialist improving Enbridge’s gas transmission and midstream management systems. Leading governance, audits, process optimization, and enterprise-wide operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead governance and performance management activities across the asset lifecycle
  • Design, develop, implement, and continuously improve IMS processes, procedures, tools, and documentation
  • Prepare communications and high-impact presentation materials for senior management
  • Provide expert guidance to program, process, and element owners on IMS compliance
  • Manage audits, assessments, and stakeholder engagement activities supporting IMS adoption and governance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on projects, integrations, and enterprise-wide process improvements
  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Gas Transmission and Midstream Integrated Management System
  • Travel approximately 5% to Enbridge offices and regional field sites across Canada and the United States
  • Work in an office environment; overtime may be required based on business needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Experience with business process optimization and oil and gas operations support
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing abilities
  • Ability to drive change and present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strategic thinking and ability to manage ambiguity
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
  • Strong organizational, process-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with leadership, regulatory agencies, and industry associations
  • External applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
  • Final candidates may be required to undergo security screening, including a criminal records check
  • Ability to meet the listed physical requirements, including light to moderate lifting up to 20 pounds, repetitive motion, typing, and prolonged computer use
  • Ability to meet the listed mental requirements, including understanding instructions, solving complex problems, prioritizing work, composing basic reports, and telephone communication
