Integrated Management Systems Specialist improving Enbridge’s gas transmission and midstream management systems. Leading governance, audits, process optimization, and enterprise-wide operational improvements.
Responsibilities
Lead governance and performance management activities across the asset lifecycle
Design, develop, implement, and continuously improve IMS processes, procedures, tools, and documentation
Prepare communications and high-impact presentation materials for senior management
Provide expert guidance to program, process, and element owners on IMS compliance
Manage audits, assessments, and stakeholder engagement activities supporting IMS adoption and governance
Partner with cross-functional teams on projects, integrations, and enterprise-wide process improvements
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Gas Transmission and Midstream Integrated Management System
Travel approximately 5% to Enbridge offices and regional field sites across Canada and the United States
Work in an office environment; overtime may be required based on business needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
7+ years of related experience
Experience with business process optimization and oil and gas operations support
Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing abilities
Ability to drive change and present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Strategic thinking and ability to manage ambiguity
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
Strong organizational, process-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with leadership, regulatory agencies, and industry associations
