About the role
- Integrated Management Systems Specialist improving Enbridge’s gas transmission and midstream management systems. Leading governance, audits, process optimization, and enterprise-wide operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead governance and performance management activities across the asset lifecycle
- Design, develop, implement, and continuously improve IMS processes, procedures, tools, and documentation
- Prepare communications and high-impact presentation materials for senior management
- Provide expert guidance to program, process, and element owners on IMS compliance
- Manage audits, assessments, and stakeholder engagement activities supporting IMS adoption and governance
- Partner with cross-functional teams on projects, integrations, and enterprise-wide process improvements
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Gas Transmission and Midstream Integrated Management System
- Travel approximately 5% to Enbridge offices and regional field sites across Canada and the United States
- Work in an office environment; overtime may be required based on business needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7+ years of related experience
- Experience with business process optimization and oil and gas operations support
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing abilities
- Ability to drive change and present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strategic thinking and ability to manage ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Strong organizational, process-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with leadership, regulatory agencies, and industry associations

- Ability to meet the listed physical requirements, including light to moderate lifting up to 20 pounds, repetitive motion, typing, and prolonged computer use
