About the role

  • Senior ERP Project Manager overseeing Microsoft Dynamics ERP, CRM, and Business Central projects for Endeavour Solutions’ business-applications clients. Managing delivery, financials, resources, risks, and client growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of Microsoft Dynamics ERP client projects, from budgeting and resourcing through delivery and close-out
  • Manage project financials, including billing and client inquiries
  • Partner with consulting teams to ensure client satisfaction, resource allocation, and timely delivery
  • Lead and mentor consultants and client resources
  • Manage project scope, resources, and risk mitigation
  • Present and scope project management and change management capabilities with business development and marketing leaders
  • Identify and nurture potential project opportunities with existing clients
  • Create project estimates, proposals, Statements of Work, change requests, and other project documentation
  • Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, GP, and Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, support, maintenance, custom development, and upgrades
  • Report to the Manager of PMO

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • PMP certification
  • 5+ years in senior management within a professional setting
  • Proficiency in ERP project management with small teams (2-5 resources)
  • Experience in change management at executive and end-user levels
  • Strong grasp of business processes, practices, and procedures
  • Clear, impactful communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to deliver projects that exceed client expectations
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada or the United States
  • Reliable vehicle, as some travel is required
  • Availability for occasional travel to other parts of Canada or the USA
  • Qualified candidates will be asked to complete a Predictive Index survey as part of the application process
