Lead ZyraTalk and EverPro’s AI voice product strategy for EverCommerce’s service-commerce SaaS platform. Integrate voice automation across home-services workflows to drive adoption and revenue.
Responsibilities
Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for ZyraTalk within the EverPro product portfolio
Define and drive the EverPro Voice product line and integrate AI voice capabilities into vertical SaaS products
Identify and prioritize integration opportunities across customer communication, scheduling, lead capture, missed-call handling, support workflows, and revenue conversion
Partner with engineering, design, AI/platform teams, customer success, sales, and business unit leaders to deliver voice and AI-powered workflows
Build understanding of home services SMB customers and use voice automation to reduce administrative burden, improve responsiveness, and drive business outcomes
Translate customer needs, product usage, and business priorities into requirements, product briefs, launch plans, and success metrics
Own product discovery, customer feedback loops, competitive analysis, and market insights
Drive adoption and commercialization through packaging, positioning, enablement, and expansion opportunities
Establish KPIs and operating rhythms measuring usage, quality, retention, revenue impact, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness
Lead the transition from founder-led product intuition to a scalable product management discipline
Create the AI voice product vision and actionable roadmap
Develop ZyraTalk capabilities including call handling, conversational flows, integrations, routing, summaries, handoffs, analytics, and customer-specific configuration
Determine where voice should be embedded into existing workflows versus offered standalone or cross-product
Prioritize investments across ZyraTalk enhancements, platform integrations, customer-specific needs, and shared capabilities
Collaborate with go-to-market teams on target customers, packaging, pricing inputs, sales enablement, launch sequencing, and expansion
Align voice capabilities with EverPro’s agentic platform strategy, including tooling, data access, observability, security, and reusable agent patterns
Develop a point of view on the AI voice market, competitive offerings, customer expectations, technical constraints, and opportunities
Requirements
10+ years of product management experience, including experience owning complex SaaS products or platform capabilities
Experience with AI, voice, conversational products, communications platforms, workflow automation, or customer engagement tools strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead product strategy and execution in a cross-functional environment
Strong customer discovery skills and ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions
Experience working with engineering teams on technically complex products, integrations, APIs, data workflows, or platform capabilities
Ability to balance near-term customer and business needs with longer-term platform and product strategy
Strong analytical skills, including comfort defining success metrics, evaluating adoption, and making prioritization decisions based on data
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align executives, product teams, engineering, sales, customer success, and other stakeholders
Comfort operating in ambiguity, especially in a newly acquired or rapidly evolving product area
Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of how product decisions influence packaging, adoption, retention, and revenue growth
Experience with voice AI, contact center technology, virtual receptionist products, call tracking, telephony, or conversational AI is a plus
Experience integrating acquired products into a broader product portfolio is a plus
Experience serving SMB customers, especially in home services, field services, construction, pest control, lawn care, HVAC, plumbing, or similar verticals is a plus
Familiarity with AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, speech-to-text / text-to-speech systems, call analytics, or automation platforms is a plus
Experience building products across multiple brands, business units, or vertical SaaS products is a plus
