About the role

  • Regional Director leading Everguard’s fire and life safety operations across Quebec and Eastern Ontario. Managing client partnerships, branch performance, safety, growth, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with key clients through regular, proactive interaction
  • Act as a senior point of contact for client priorities, service concerns, complex issues, and strategic opportunities
  • Develop practical solutions with clients and internal teams to strengthen service delivery, trust, and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with business development, sales, and branch leadership to identify and advance regional growth opportunities
  • Provide leadership and operational direction to branches across Quebec and Eastern Ontario
  • Develop and execute the regional business plan and budget in alignment with corporate priorities
  • Monitor branch and regional performance and implement branch-specific improvement plans when necessary
  • Facilitate collaboration across locations to deliver major projects and contracts safely and efficiently
  • Demonstrate safety leadership and reinforce accountability for safe work practices
  • Promote consistent service standards and a customer-service mindset across all locations
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, collaboration, and service delivery
  • Lead, support, and develop branch leaders and regional team members
  • Establish clear expectations and performance accountability
  • Foster open communication, collaboration, initiative, respect, and teamwork

Requirements

  • Progressive leadership experience in regional, multi-location, or territory-based service operations
  • Substantial client-facing experience, including senior client relationships, complex concern resolution, and value-creation opportunities
  • Ability to balance client expectations, operational requirements, commercial priorities, and financial stewardship
  • Experience developing and executing business plans, budgets, performance targets, and operational improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Sound judgment and timely decision-making in changing circumstances
  • Professional fluency in French and English
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout the region, including overnight travel
  • Preferred: experience in fire and life safety, industrial field services, building systems, technical services, technology, or another regulated service environment
  • Preferred: experience supporting large-scale service contracts, projects, or complex multi-location client relationships
  • Preferred: post-secondary education or relevant leadership, business, or operations-management training
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered
