Responsibilities
Own and drive data product strategy and execute the product roadmap
Translate business and user needs into Product Requirements Documents, user stories, and technical requirements
Understand application functionality and user workflows to identify product enhancements and process improvements
Maintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with data scientists to identify user behavior trends and product opportunities
Manage timelines, sprint schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks
Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain product documentation, project plans, and decision logs
Improve project workflows and documentation standards
Support day-to-day application administration, content management, user support, and maintenance
Perform quality assurance testing across user roles
Coordinate investigation, triage, and resolution of user issues with technical teams
Develop user guides, training videos, and user communications
Gather and synthesize user feedback for product enhancements and backlog prioritization
Build relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and end users
Create stakeholder engagement content and user-facing presentations
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Product Management or a related field
Experience working with technical products, software applications, or data products
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Asana
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable communication
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative cross-functional relationships
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
