Responsibilities
Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver practical, value-driven solutions
Lead and shape scopes of work for public and private clients on small- to large-scale infrastructure projects
Manage and execute hydrogeological studies, including groundwater resource development, groundwater characterization, septic application studies, construction dewatering, pump tests, municipal sewer discharge studies, and MECP permits
Manage and coordinate site investigation and compliance programs
Coordinate and supervise field programs
Review and guide the technical work of junior and intermediate staff
Prepare and review high-quality technical reports
Support proposal development and contribute to business growth
Provide technical and project support across a broad range of assignments
Engage clients, manage project delivery, and shape project outcomes
Requirements
University degree in Hydrogeology, Geology, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in physical hydrogeology
Strong field-based experience in groundwater supply, hydrogeological investigations, and assessments
Professional designation in Ontario (P.Geo. or P.Eng.) is an asset
Experience with GIS/CAD programs and groundwater modelling is an asset
Proven success developing client relationships and contributing to winning proposals
Hands-on experience working with MECP, municipalities, and Conservation Authorities
Ability to manage multidisciplinary projects from planning through delivery
Strong business acumen and a practical, solution-focused mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Experience leading, mentoring, and developing junior staff
Comfortable operating in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
