About the role

Responsibilities
- Review and action client requests for access to information subscriptions
- Collect usage data and user feedback for information subscriptions
- Update user lists
- Collect and analyze subscription renewals
- Organize supplier-delivered training sessions for information subscriptions
- Create curated collections to drive awareness and use of information subscriptions
- Update Library SharePoint Online sites
- Track and manage information subscription budgets, renewals and new product purchases
- Evaluate business requirements
- Coordinate access to subscriptions
- Update the e-Library catalogue at EDC
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary Library Science program or recent graduate
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with SharePoint
- Proficiency in M365, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Available to work onsite in EDC’s downtown Ottawa office
- Must be able to work legally in Canada at the time of application as a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Work Permit holder
- Must meet requisite government security screening requirements
