Responsibilities
- Support deployment families and technology teams, particularly the Risk Management and General Services Squad.
- Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
- Ensure alignment among business needs, data, and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, deployment teams, and stakeholders to refine the backlog, design solutions, and deploy products in an agile environment.
- Identify and analyze business needs and translate them into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Assess the impact of solutions on applications, business processes, and data integrity.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and integration considerations.
- Validate analytical outputs, requirements, and proposed solutions, including AI-generated information.
- Present complex issues to stakeholders and facilitate decision-making.
- Develop and maintain the documentation and deliverables required for validation, traceability, and deployment.
- Prioritize defects, conduct root cause analyses, and validate solutions.
- Prepare test scenarios, support user acceptance testing, resolve functional issues, and document test results.
- Frame business problems and decision-making questions for analysis, including AI-assisted exploration.
- Translate findings into business implications and decision options.
- Participate in the Management Systems and Deployment Analysis Community, knowledge-sharing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of experience (Level 17) or 7 years of experience (Level 18) in management systems analysis within a technology solution deployment environment.
- Extensive experience researching, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, including creating user stories and acceptance criteria in agile delivery models.
- Experience deploying end-to-end solutions, including backlog refinement, defect triage, root cause analysis, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience assessing impacts across systems, business processes, and data, and aligning solutions with business objectives and constraints.
- Experience validating requirements, analytical outputs, and solutions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with business rules and data integrity standards.
- Experience with digital deployment platforms and modern analytics tools, with the ability to leverage data, automation, and AI-generated insights.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, lead discussions, and build consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with business and technical teams.
- Ability to establish, maintain, and develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders across different departments.
- Ability to proactively and systematically identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impacts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience integrating enterprise and cloud platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) using REST APIs, API version management, and authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth), while ensuring scalable and reliable integrations.
- Ability to work effectively in complex and constantly changing environments.
- Understanding of business rules, controls, and risk-sensitive environments.
- Fluency in both official languages — a differentiator.
