About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop the integration architecture framework in accordance with departmental and government enterprise architecture
- Analyze the client’s systems and services and advise senior management on transformation and improvement opportunities
- Assess the impacts, challenges, and risks associated with implementing strategic products and services
- Analyze and document the organization’s business models and key activities
- Collaborate with the organization’s various architecture advisors
- Develop strategic positions aligned with government technology directions
- Analyze business needs, stakeholders, challenges, costs, benefits, risks, constraints, and opportunities in the context of digital transformation and change management
- Support the planning and delivery of foundation, integration, and impact assessment projects
- Propose innovative business solutions and IT strategies while meeting quality, budget, and timeline requirements
- Advise on the use of rules and standards related to cloud computing
- Advise project teams on implementing and deploying software components in automated environments
- Participate in various committees as required
- Provide training and ongoing knowledge transfer to internal resources
Requirements
- Hold a university undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s degree) in one of the following fields: information technology, business administration, engineering, pure or applied sciences
- At least eight (8) years of experience in information technology (IT)
- At least four (4) years of experience in software architecture
- At least two (2) years of experience with cloud solutions
- At least two (2) years of experience in technology integration involving complex platforms of a scale comparable to the client’s environment
- Have actively participated in two (2) digital transformation projects and in process automation or cloud migration activities, with project involvement totaling at least 400 person-days
