About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) by proposing improvements to its service offering and by supporting the achievement of its objectives
- Implement actions to increase organizational maturity and enhance the performance of the PMO’s activities
- Ensure the consistency and planning of governance strategies for operational and tactical portfolios
- Support the Directorate of Governance, Performance and Internal Audit (DGPAI)
- Ensure the consistency and planning of governance strategies for strategic portfolios
- Implement an action plan for strategic portfolio management that includes management indicators and risk management
- Improve the quality of deliverables
- Produce essential outputs in support of the institution’s mission for strategic portfolio management
Requirements
- At least fifteen (15) years of experience in project management
- At least five (5) years of experience in portfolio governance within government organizations
- Have led the delivery, in a complex context, of at least two (2) assignments related to portfolio governance
