Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and advise senior management on transformation and optimization opportunities
Propose an overall view of the client’s business architecture
Analyze and document the organization’s business models and key activities
Model current-state and target-state business processes to identify business opportunities
Collaborate with architecture advisors to translate the strategic vision into actionable direction
Participate in the transition strategy and plan, as well as in developing principles and rules related to work organization
Develop strategic positions aligned with government technology directions, respond to authorities’ requests, and support decision-making processes
Analyze and document business needs and models
Identify risks, inconsistencies, and weaknesses in business directions and propose solutions
Analyze strategic integration issues and propose effective solutions
Develop business solutions and strategies, including impact analyses, performance criteria, risks, profitability, and business justification
Coordinate certain activities related to the mandate
Participate in strategic and tactical committees
Provide training and ongoing knowledge transfer to internal resources
Support and advise on the alignment of initiatives and directions related to strategic planning

Hold a university undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s) in information technology, business administration, engineering, pure or applied sciences
At least ten (10) years of experience in information technology (IT)
At least four (4) years of experience in business, functional, or software architecture
At least two (2) years of experience in enterprise architecture
Participation in a 400 person-day project involving architectural governance, the development of organizational strategies, and business process optimization
Participation in two enterprise architecture implementation projects
Experience with recognized frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, and COBIT
