About the role

Relationship Management Associate supporting FCC’s agricultural lending process and customer relationships. Providing administrative, front desk, and customer service expertise across Kelowna or Surrey.

Responsibilities

Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, helping identify needs and opportunities
Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify customer needs and proactively reach out to customers and prospects
Answer customer inquiries thoroughly and professionally, creating value and sales opportunities
Keep the office running seamlessly by delivering professional front desk support
Perform administrative tasks with speed and accuracy
Proactively coordinate office needs to resolve issues before they impact operations

A diploma in business
A minimum of two years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, including engaging with customers, centres of influence or community partners
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
English required
Customer service experience, ideally in a financial, law, agricultural or advisory setting (preferred)
Passion for agriculture, with knowledge of farming operations or agribusiness environments (preferred)
