About the role
- Project Manager overseeing contractual delivery, risk, and lifecycle performance for Fengate’s operational healthcare P3 infrastructure asset. Hybrid role based at the Brampton, Ontario asset location.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer contractual relationships with project stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with project, lending, shareholder, insurance and other contractual obligations
- Coordinate required reports, notices and communications to clients, contractors and lenders
- Monitor operations, maintenance, lifecycle and service-provider performance
- Identify, assess and track project risks and support mitigation strategies
- Support resolution of project issues, claims and commercial matters
- Assist with annual business plans, budgets and monitoring financial and operational performance
- Support project insurance programs, claims management and security requirements
- Monitor lifecycle planning, major maintenance and capital rehabilitation programs
- Prepare materials and contribute to reporting for governance forums
- Support corporate governance, stakeholder communications and day-to-day Project Company administration
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business, engineering or a relevant field of study
- Preference will be given to candidates with 3+ years' experience in P3 infrastructure, facility management and/or construction within a health care setting
- Strong understanding of projects and associated risks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage with clients and stakeholders and form effective relationships
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
