About the role

  • Marketing Portfolio Manager shaping customer-centric aftermarket marketing for Finning Canada, the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer. Driving parts adoption, service upsell, retention, and lifecycle value across Western Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to Aftermarket revenue and growth objectives
  • Embed customer, market, and competitive insights into strategy development and campaign planning
  • Design programs supporting parts adoption, service upsell, customer retention, and lifecycle value
  • Partner with Sales, Service Operations, Parts, and Digital
  • Build stakeholder relationships and influence alignment and adoption of marketing priorities
  • Translate business needs into marketing requirements, messages, and value propositions
  • Lead multichannel campaigns across digital, events, content, email, CRM, and sales enablement
  • Create briefs, guide creative development, ensure brand alignment, and oversee project delivery
  • Monitor performance metrics, report results, and optimize tactics based on insights and feedback

Requirements

  • Commercial mindset with demonstrated experience in revenue-driven environments
  • Experience in sales, service, and/or parts operations or supporting teams in these areas
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
  • Proven ability to build and execute integrated marketing strategies
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
