About the role

  • Global Air Support Coordinator managing airline ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and schedule changes for G Adventures’ small-group travel tours. Supporting sales teams and airline partners worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Manage global air services operations, including ticketing, exchanges/re-issues, schedule changes, and refunds
  • Process and issue all tickets due daily
  • Respond to internal and external emails in a timely manner
  • Monitor changing airline rules and regulations and follow up with airlines on authorizations and problem-file solutions
  • Support the Inside Sales team in selling flights alongside tours to improve air attachment rates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for G Air matters, the Internal Booking Engine, and air-related projects
  • Provide occasional after-hours/weekend emergency support for urgent passenger changes
  • Collaborate with vendors and interdepartmental teams to improve operational efficiency and optimize processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a fast-paced customer service and travel sales environment
  • Advanced technical skills using the Amadeus Cryptic system, including PNRs, fares, ticketing, exchanges, and refunds across BSP/ARC
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Experience with Google Workspace, including Gmail and Drive
  • Ability to learn new internal booking software quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Customer-service focused for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a highly organized manner
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing occasional mental fatigue during high-intensity, time-sensitive airline and passenger disruption tasks
