About the role

  • GTM and CS operations engineer unifying pipeline, customer success, and delivery systems. Automating revenue operations for gaiia’s telecom operating system.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and upkeep of lead and account scoring models using intent, engagement, technographic, and trigger-event signals
  • Track score correlation with pipeline, win rates, and cycle time; identify when signals stop being predictive
  • Maintain and audit data quality across systems and tools
  • Document the sales process, train teams, and drive adoption
  • Build micro-campaigns and directly influence pipeline generation
  • Carry a direct pipeline-generation target
  • Build and refine automated enrichment flows for account and contact records
  • Maintain lead routing, sequence triggers, task creation, and stakeholder notifications across the GTM stack
  • Own orchestration connecting HubSpot, Clay, Gong, and Amplemarket
  • Instrument lifecycle stage transitions, ownership changes, and milestones
  • Document automations for maintainability
  • Define and enforce structured sales-to-CS handoff standards
  • Build assignment and routing logic across lifecycle stages
  • Establish a change-order process to record and price scope changes after signature
  • Provide PMO with capacity and resourcing visibility for staffing plans
  • Surface adoption and delivery signals into account plans
  • Build forecasting mechanics and models for pipeline and revenue goals
  • Build status and cycle-time reporting for leadership visibility
  • Maintain internal process documentation
  • Assist with compensation planning, models, and payouts

Requirements

  • 4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar systems-facing GTM role, ideally within B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on CRM administration, including workflows, custom properties, data model design, and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to build reporting views
  • Ability to design cross-team processes, document them, drive adoption, and maintain standards with a sales team
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with sound judgment about what to fix or automate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working with sales, CS, PMO, and leadership teams
  • Hands-on experience with Clay and HubSpot
  • Exposure to outbound engagement platforms such as Amplemarket
  • Experience building a sales-to-post-sales handoff process from scratch at a company under 200 people
  • SQL or reporting fluency beyond dashboard configuration
  • Experience in telecom or OSS/BSS domains
