• Provide onsite and remote technical support for robotic automation systems, including AMR and robot shuttle (G2P) solutions.
• Perform system commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance during deployment and ongoing service phases.
• Diagnose hardware, electrical, mechanical, and software issues using system logs, diagnostic tools, data analysis, and onsite observation.
• Respond to service tickets and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear, professional communication with customers.
• Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to resolve complex, system-level technical issues.
• Collect, document, and analyze field issues, including root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions, to support continuous product and service improvement.
• Deliver technical training and operational guidance to customers, partners, and internal teams as required.
• Adhere to established service processes, safety procedures, and documentation standards.
• Travel to customer sites as required, including domestic and international travel, depending on project needs.
