Responsibilities
- Develop predictive, prescriptive and statistical models to solve complex business problems
- Explore and analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends and business opportunities
- Design, develop, validate and deploy machine learning models for forecasting, classification, clustering, recommendation and anomaly detection
- Apply statistical methods and experimental techniques to validate business hypotheses and measure the impact of business initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate commercial challenges into analytical and data science solutions
- Build feature engineering pipelines and prepare datasets for advanced analytics and machine learning
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical datasets using Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
- Work with data engineering teams to design enterprise data models and optimize data architecture for analytics
- Create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to communicate insights, model results and key performance indicators to technical and non-technical audiences
- Work with enterprise data sources, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and other operational systems
- Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve the performance and accuracy of analytical and machine learning models
- Promote data science best practices, data governance, model governance and responsible AI
- Document analytical methodologies, model assumptions and implementation processes
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Applied Data Analyst, Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role within advanced analytics
- Strong experience applying machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques to solve practical business problems
- Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and experience using machine learning libraries
- Deep knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation and optimization
- Experience designing and implementing A/B tests, hypothesis testing, regression analyses and predictive analytics
- Strong SQL skills, with experience querying and analyzing large, complex datasets
- Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Lake Storage
- Experience designing data pipelines and preparing datasets for advanced analytics
- Understanding of dimensional modeling, data warehousing and data governance principles
- Experience communicating complex analytical results to business stakeholders through reports, dashboards and presentations
- Experience with Power BI, including data modeling and DAX, to build analytical dashboards and executive reports
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written (this role requires interaction with our international colleagues and clients)
