About the role
- Software Developer building secure Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure solutions for Genetec’s digital ecosystem. Developing integrations, APIs, Copilot agents, and DevOps automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of custom solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure
- Develop C# CRM plugins, cloud flows, JavaScript/TypeScript front-end components, and RESTful APIs
- Design integration processes using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
- Design, build, and implement agents in Copilot Studio for operational and customer-facing scenarios
- Guide best practices for the Dynamics 365 Web API, webhooks, and virtual entities
- Enforce secure design patterns, including OAuth and API management
- Participate in DevOps automation using Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong ability to work as part of a team and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and understand complex problems
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- 5 years of experience with C#/.NET or an equivalent language
- Experience designing APIs
- Understanding of microservices patterns and principles
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio)
- Asset: experience with Logic Apps, Service Bus, Power Automate, SSIS, Azure, API Management, Event Hubs, Event Grid, Microsoft Entra ID, SQL Server, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Agile
