About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure software quality from the design and development phases by creating and executing manual and automated tests
- Review feature acceptance criteria with developers
- Write test plans to validate acceptance criteria
- Test public and private service APIs
- Maintain a test environment within a continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) context
- Identify functionality issues that could impact production
- Provide detailed reports on executed tests and identified issues
- Recommend and implement new tools and practices to improve quality assurance efficiency
- Collaborate with other testers and actively participate in the development process
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in manual and/or automated software testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of work independently
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Scripting and programming languages for test automation (PowerShell, Bash, C#, etc.)
- Web technologies (HTML, HTTP, React, TypeScript, etc.)
- API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
- Azure cloud platform (Microsoft SQL Server and Azure DevOps)
- CI/CD deployment of ASP.NET services using Docker and Kubernetes
