Responsibilities
- Design practical marketing solutions that combine technology, automation, data and artificial intelligence
- Translate business requirements into automation, workflow and AI solutions
- Develop innovative solutions based on automation or agents, as well as reusable tools
- Assess and prioritize use cases based on business impact, adoption, effort, risk and measurable return
- Define and implement responsible AI usage standards, including governance, quality controls, reproducible methods and guardrails
- Create practical guides, prompt libraries, training and enablement resources
- Evaluate solution performance using business-impact metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional working groups from design through implementation
- Influence stakeholders through structured problem solving, clear recommendations and data-driven decisions
- Help teams test new approaches, capture learnings and roll out proven practices at scale
- Meet business and technical requirements
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in marketing, including operations, systems, consulting, project management, AI integration or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to prototype, implement and refine technology solutions, workflow orchestration or automation within a complex enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including CRM and AgentForce
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including Copilot Studio and Automations
- Experience with common marketing technology (MarTech) applications
- Working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, MCP and reporting tools
- Proven track record solving complex problems in global, matrixed organizations
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to connect technical details to business priorities and deliver outcomes expected by leadership
- Continuous learner with the ability to adopt and implement new technologies, practices and ideas
- Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures
