• You will assist our clients in implementing the funeral module connected to the financial module of Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring a consistent deployment between the parent company and its subsidiaries, tailored to the sector’s specific requirements.
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales architects to assess the feasibility of proposed solutions, estimate the required effort, and determine impacts on existing processes.
• Contribute to the development of the project plan in coordination with the project manager, including the definition, sequencing, and prioritization of activities.
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops, analyze functional gaps, document requirements, and design the functional architecture adapted to each client context.
• Work with technical subject-matter experts to establish a robust solution architecture, based on clear documentation of functional and technical requirements.
• Support clients by providing recommendations and deploying financial guidelines and procedures that meet their needs and adhere to best practices.
• Write detailed functional specifications based on clients’ expressed needs, ensuring they are clear and usable by technical teams.
• Prepare test scenarios, coordinate and participate in functional tests (UAT), identify issues, validate fixes, and ensure the solution meets defined requirements.
• Track and validate key project milestones, confirming completion of critical deliverables before moving to the next phase.

• As the ERP Product Owner (Product Owner) for Funéraire 365, you will be the primary point of contact for a major client and lead a dedicated team.
• Ensure delivery (quality, timelines, scope), protect the contract and the team, and maintain strong project governance.
• Lead program governance: facilitate weekly committees, organize steering reviews, and conduct executive follow-ups with the client.
• Align and arbitrate stakeholders: clarify expectations, facilitate decisions, and maintain a clear delivery framework (scope, milestones, responsibilities, processes).
• Define and protect the scope: formalize the contractual scope (SOW, backlog, objectives) and rigorously defend it against scope-change requests.
• Manage change requests: qualify each request, assess impacts, arbitrate and professionally refuse or replan items outside scope when necessary.
• Orchestrate priorities and dependencies: sequence deliverables, manage team capacity, and quickly adjust scheduling according to urgencies, risks and constraints.
• Gather and analyze business needs: act as an ERP-focused Product Owner by translating requirements into user stories, requirements and actionable acceptance criteria.
