About the role

  • User Acquisition Manager growing Gismart’s Hello Piano music app through paid acquisition campaigns. Optimizing creatives, budgets, bidding, analytics, and expansion into new geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead user acquisition strategy for Hello Piano across paid channels
  • Partner with the creative production team to brief, test, and iterate on playables, video, and static ad creatives
  • Analyze campaign performance across channels and translate data into optimization recommendations
  • Identify and lead expansion into new geographies, adapting acquisition strategy and creative to local market dynamics
  • Build and maintain automation and auto-rules processes for bidding, budget allocation, and campaign management at scale
  • Monitor CPI, ROAS, LTV, Sub2Paid, and retention metrics and report performance against targets
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and growth teams to align acquisition efforts with broader business goals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing
  • Proven experience managing paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, AppLovin, TikTok, and similar major channels
  • Meaningful paid campaign budget ownership
  • Strong analytical skills with LTV, ROAS, CPP, retention, and cohort-based metrics
  • Experience with MMPs and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust
  • Hands-on experience building or managing automation and auto-rules for bid and budget optimization
  • Familiarity with creative testing processes
  • Ability to brief and collaborate effectively with creative teams
  • Experience expanding products into new markets and geographies
  • Understanding of localization and regional performance dynamics
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with product, creative, and analytics teams
  • SQL or scripting, such as Google Apps Script, is a plus
