About the role

  • Bilingual Channel Marketing Manager expanding Global Payments’ Canadian partner ecosystem. Driving co-branded campaigns and go-to-market strategies for omnichannel payment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase partner engagement, accelerate solution adoption, and create new revenue opportunities across Canadian vertical markets.
  • Create high-performing joint marketing programs that strengthen partner relationships, accelerate opportunity development, and deliver measurable results.
  • Deliver culturally and linguistically relevant marketing experiences in English and Canadian French to expand reach, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives with partner, sales, product, digital, and creative teams.
  • Align partner, sales, product, and marketing priorities with the company’s growth objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Evaluate campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and continuously improve partner marketing effectiveness, return on investment, and market impact.
  • Drive marketing strategies and partner programs that expand Global Payments’ presence across Canada.
  • Create co-branded programs and lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives across key vertical markets.
  • Measure campaign performance and improve partner marketing effectiveness, ROI, and market impact.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in payments, software as a service (SaaS), technology, financial services, or vertical-market solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and deploying partner marketing, channel marketing, or joint campaigns that generate measurable growth and increased partner engagement.
  • Fluency in Canadian French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to create high-impact content for diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams, proactively resolve challenges, and lead initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Experience supporting partner marketing programs in the payments industry or other highly competitive technology markets is an asset.
  • Knowledge of regulated or government-related sectors is an asset.
  • Understanding of industry-specific purchasing cycles, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies is an asset.
