About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the claims adjusting department
- Oversee the complete management and follow-up of claim files for the firm’s clients
- Actively develop new business opportunities
- Promote claims adjustment services to condominium associations, property managers, and building owners
- Develop customized service proposals
- Draft the necessary legal documents
- Negotiate with clients, post-loss service providers, and insurers
Requirements
- Must hold an Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) licence as a claims adjuster OR be a lawyer specializing in insurance or claims management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Minimum of 2 years of business development experience
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Leadership skills
- Genuine interest in business development and prospecting
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
- Availability to travel throughout the Québec City and Lévis area
- AMF licence required
