About the role
- Recruitment Coordinator Intern supporting sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding at influencer management agency Grail Talent. Fully remote internship serving the US and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Review applications and identify candidates meeting hiring criteria
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other relevant platforms
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and support follow-ups
- Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and the recruitment team
- Maintain accurate candidate profiles, interview stages, and notes in the applicant tracking system
- Support candidate research, talent mapping, and recruitment pipeline management
- Assist with job postings and recruitment-related content
- Support the candidate experience from application through onboarding
- Join recruitment team meetings and gain exposure to wider hiring conversations
- Support day-to-day recruitment administration and maintain organised, efficient hiring processes
- Work with the recruitment team to support hiring across the business, particularly the global Talent Manager network
Requirements
- Genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people-focused roles
- Curiosity about the creator economy, influencer marketing, and social media
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident and professional communication
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
- Enjoys building relationships and speaking with new people
- Comfortable working independently within a fully remote team
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and accept feedback
- No previous recruitment experience required
- Experience in recruitment, administration, customer service, sales, marketing, or other people-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential
- Able to commit up to 15 hours per week for 3 months
