Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist optimizing territories, targeting and dashboards for GSK, a global biopharma company. Translating sales and market data into actionable commercial insights.
Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to define segmentation and targeting strategies, including territory design and balancing
Define target lists, call frequencies and promotional focus across brands and indications with Commercial teams
Establish regional and territory-level SFI targets aligned to global policies and local business objectives
Design, test, implement and maintain reports and dashboards for KPI monitoring
Lead ad hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations
Lead territory alignment and optimization projects
Translate data into recommendations with Commercial, Digital and Business Intelligence teams
Manage external data sources and vendor relationships for timely and accurate sales analytics inputs
Report to the Sales Force Effectiveness Manager
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, life sciences, economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, commercial analytics, or similar roles
Strong analytical skills with sales, CRM and market data
Strong proficiency in advanced Excel
Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik or Tableau
Experience working with CRM or sales activity data and integrating external market datasets
Ability to translate complex data into simple narratives and recommendations
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels
Comfortable working in a hybrid model, based in Canada with regular office and remote work
Preferred: advanced degree or relevant professional certification
Preferred: pharmaceutical or healthcare sector experience
Preferred: territory design tools or mapping software experience
Preferred: SQL, Python or R experience
Preferred: Veeva or Salesforce experience
Preferred: stakeholder engagement and matrix organisation experience
