About the role
- Solution Consultant working at the intersection of technology and customer adoption for Guidewire. Delivering industry-wide solutions through strategic partnerships with key customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prototype, validate, and deliver innovative Guidewire Cloud features in real-world customer environments
- Work directly with customers to capture use cases, requirements and validate solutions
- Take ownership across the full technology stack, including backend and frontend development
- Provide feedback loops to Solution Architects and Product Development for continuous improvement
- Serve as a trusted partner to customers during their transformation journey
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance delivery
- Hands-on full-stack development experience
- modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and packaging
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with both business and technical audiences
- Experience translating requirements into actionable solution designs, and working software
- Ability to balance consulting finesse with technical competency
- Works effectively with limited guidance from others
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment
