About the role

  • Deployment Manager supporting Ariane’s hotel self-check-in technology across Europe. Coordinating deployments, configuring solutions, and resolving customer support issues for hospitality clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage deployment plans, milestones, and timelines based on scope of work
  • Oversee pre-implementation analysis and solution configuration with stakeholders
  • Coordinate and lead deployment activities, including validation, training, and soft launch support
  • Document each stage of the deployment process and maintain accurate project records
  • Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders
  • Respond to and resolve issues raised via Customer Support
  • Gather feedback during and after deployment to support continuous improvement
  • Partner with clients to ensure solution adoption and usage
  • Identify opportunities to expand engagement or optimize product utilisation
  • Act as the bridge between client teams and internal resources
  • Contribute to post-mortem reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of deployment tools and processes
  • Lead smooth rollouts of Ariane’s guest-facing hospitality technologies and provide ongoing customer support across Europe

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in IT, information systems, or a related field
  • 3 years’ experience in account or relationship management
  • High school diploma required
  • College diploma in computer science or related field preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows, PC hardware/components, and networking
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle Opera PMS or other property management systems is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of access control systems, including Dormakaba and Assa Abloy, is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player
  • Bilingual English and French, spoken and written
  • Additional European languages are a plus
