Responsibilities
- Oversee operations at Owner Relations and manage and coach department heads through targeted goals
- Implement operational standards across Accounting, Marketing, Sales, IT, Product Development, Implementations, and Support
- Establish policies and procedures that promote a healthy workplace culture and clear vision
- Nurture effective ongoing inter-departmental communication
- Prepare and maintain budgets and forecasts, including contingencies
- Improve forecast and budget methodologies to enable strategic business decisions
- Ensure products and services surpass expectations, retain customers, and achieve company goals
- Control costs and hold departments accountable for budgets and forecasts
- Delegate responsibilities, develop team members, and coach to optimize capabilities
- Assess and implement improved processes and technologies with corporate management
- Chair weekly executive meetings
- Assist managers with hiring, standards, priorities, and coverage
- Seek and manage revenue opportunities, including profitable development projects and third-party partnerships
- Manage third-party relationships and partnerships
Requirements
- Previous management experience is essential, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience in creating and managing operating budgets and business plans is required
- Strategic planning with a strong focus on new sales and growth
- Well-developed HR management skills are essential
- Skilled in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and partners
