Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience in Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and/or Retirement & Private Wealth
Work alongside sales and service teams with clients and communities across Canada
Gain exposure to client service, sales, risk, insurance, employee benefits, retirement, and wealth management
Assist with policy administration, endorsements, renewals, data management, and claims processing
Support insurance market and regional trend research
Participate in technical workshops and training sessions
Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
Participate in Speaker Series, networking, volunteer initiatives, social activities, and local experiences
Collaborate on a local community service initiative
Requirements
College student graduating in Spring 2027, Fall 2027, or Spring 2028
Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn about the insurance industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Collaborative team player with a desire to help others
Independent and self-motivated, capable of autonomous work
