About the role
- Oracle Cloud ERP Associate implementing Financials solutions for Huron, a global consultancy driving clients’ digital transformation. Leading requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, and client delivery.
Responsibilities
- Implement Oracle Cloud Financials hands-on, working closely with senior team members
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment activities
- Partner with clients to design future-state business processes and functional solutions
- Execute or oversee configuration, testing, training, and end-user support
- Partner with technical teams to guide the design and testing of conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and build technical and functional expertise
- Deliver project workstreams, manage work plans, perform analytics and reporting, and interface with clients
- Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP
- Experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to own project areas through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervision
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Oracle ERP Cloud certifications or progress toward them are a plus
- Oracle AI Agent Studio experience is a plus
- Up to 50% travel
